The components were securely & well packed.
I Inspected the components thoroughly & due to my long practice in house building & decorating I knew the best way of doing the installation - although I did engage a skilled assistant to complete the job.

Been using for about a month and I love them. Programmed to close with sunset and open with sunrise. My wife and I open and close via Siri about 2 more times a day. Smooth, quiet, and simple to use. Highly recommended.
