If you have any issues with your remote control, please follow the steps below.

• 60143 Hardwired Motor 
• 60132 Hardwired Motor (low voltage)

Before programming, please make sure you choose the single channel. There is no lock or triangle on the screen of the remote. Only the channel number, like 01. Then please follow my steps to reset the motor:

1. Connect the motor with the remote: (1) Choose a channel. (2) Press and hold the reset button on the motor until the motor jogs once.  (3) Within 10 seconds, press P button on the back side of the remote and the motor will jog twice. (Page 38)
2. After the connection, please press the up or down button to check if the running direction is correct. If so, ignore this step. If not, please change the motor running direction: Press and hold the stop button and heart button together until the motor jogs once. (Page 30)
3. Set top limit position: (1) Press and HOLD the up button to move the blind to the top limit position. (2) Press and hold the up button and heart button together until the motor jogs twice. (Page 34)
4. Set bottom limit position: (1) Press and HOLD the down button to move the blind to the bottom limit position you want. (2) Press and hold the down button and heart button together until the motor jogs twice. (Page 35)
