MEASURING GUIDE FOR GRAYWIND SMART VERTICAL BLINDS

1. Measure Depth：

A minimum 2 1/5 inches depth is required for ceiling mounting brackets. Please leave at least extra 1 1/2 inches flat space if you install it close to wall for slats tilting. If you have a door handle, make sure there is enough depth in front for mounting.
*Smart track with motor needs 3 1/2" depth in total when installed.

2. Measure Width：

Measure inside width of your window across the top, middle and bottom separately, choose the smallest measurement as Order Width.

3. Measure Height：

Measure the height of window openness from top to sill across right, middle and left, record narrowest one as Order Height.

Note: Vertical blinds will have no deductions taken at the factory. They will be made according to your exact measurements.

Measure the width of area you want to cover, recommend adding 1-6 inches based on the width of window openness to ensure better light control and privacy.

3. Measure Height：

Measure and record your desired height for the blinds, also recommend adding 1-6 inches based on the height of window openness.
*Please ensure at least 2 3/16 inches space above the frame for Side Wall Mounted brackets installation.

Customer Service was Extremely helpful trying to solve the problem.

The problem was, they were new at making the Roman shades. I am impressed how well they took care of us, the customer and would definitely purchase from them again as we are doing new custom construction home. Please remember they will stretch out a bit like an eighth of an inch as they hang for a few weeks.

Love the look and function

These blinds work perfect for our needs and they look great. We have had them for a year. The valance does not stay attached, but overall very happy with the shades.

Good customer service and easy to install!

I have very odd sized industry windows so it’s great that they are able to customize to my needs! They contacted me via email to make sure my measurements are exactly what I needed, they ended up adding a couple inches to make sure full window is covered and they didn’t charge me extra!

They are pretty easy to install and overall works great although the set up instructions can be quite confusing. But once I set it up it works consistently.

I have one small hiccup where one of 4 electric roller is broken, I contacted them via email, they reply within 24 hrs and sent me a new one after I sent them a video proving it’s broken. I would have reduced one star for this but their responsiveness and willingness to send replacement keeps the star.

I ordered the solar panels as well but didn’t end up installing them when I found out the rollers do last 6-9 months. It just looks better without it. In my case I just have extra long cables and plan to charge them when I need to.

The blinds itself is ok, it has a tiny bit of folds but it’s not visible unless you put your face against it.

Overall, I’m very happy with this product and it’s a fraction of the cost compare to places like shade store which would cost me thousands!

Beautiful but faulty remote

Update: the company immediately contacted me and sent us their new upgraded remote along with directions on how to connect it. We’ve had it for a week so far and it works much better than the prior remote.

The blinds are beautiful and we’re easy to install, HOWEVER, after less than 2 months the remote for the blinds has quit working entirely. After a few weeks it started to be hit or miss and now it doesn’t work at all. For $500+ blinds, I would expect the remote to work. We can’t use them at all right now
