All warranties apply from the date you receive your product and cover manufacturing defects under normal residential use.

Includes motor, remote, app control systems, and built-in battery (if applicable). Gradual battery capacity reduction over time is expected and not considered a defect. Complete battery failure resulting from manufacturing defects remains fully covered.

Manual Products

5 years

Includes cords, chains, handles, and hardware. Wear and tear or cosmetic aging (fading, discoloration, warping) are not covered.

Fabric & Slats/Vanes

3 years

Includes fabric tears, separation from slats/vanes, slat warping and cracked vertical vanes. Normal fading, discoloration, or material aging caused by sunlight or environmental exposure are not covered.

The Graywind App and motor systems receive free system and firmware updates during the warranty period, ensuring optimal performance and access to the latest features.

🚫 Warranty Exclusions

Damage Caused By

  • Abuse, misuse, or improper operation
  • Accidents or extraordinary use
  • Improper installation, handling, or cleaning
  • Alterations or misapplication
  • Exposure to extreme environments such as salt air, high humidity, or intense heat
  • Damage from pets or insects

Natural Material Products

Products made from natural materials may exhibit:

  • Variations in color, grain, or texture
  • Warping or cracking of wood slats in areas with high humidity or heat

Time-Related Changes

Over time, products may experience:

  • Loss of color intensity in fabrics, plastics, or wood finishes
  • Loss of pleating if not periodically held in the raised position
  • Yellowing or cracking of plastic or faux wood components
  • Cordless products may experience sagging if not operated regularly.

If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days.

What’s Included

  • Free remake or replacement if the measurement difference is within a reasonable range, based on our standard measuring guide.
  • Valid for 30 days after delivery.
  • Applies to eligible customized smart window treatments, including Roller Shades, Dual Shades, Shangri-La Shades, Outdoor Shades, Roman Shades, and Zebra Blinds.

Not Covered

  • Incorrect product selection or unit choice.
  • Accessories, non-custom products, manual products and parts are not covered.
  • Business or reseller orders

ℹ️ Limitations

  • Each household is eligible for up to 4 lifetime remakes.
  • One free replacement per product. The remake will match the original style and color. Accessories, parts, and motors are excluded.

  • Our customer service team will review your claim and guide you through the next steps.
