MEASURING GUIDE FOR GRAYWIND SMART CURTAIN
Measuring for your new curtain couldn't be simpler. It's an easy way to save lots of money and takes just minutes. All you have to do is follow our easy, step-by-step guides. The video guide is provided at the bottom of page.
Choose Your Mount Type
CEILING MOUNT
1. Measure Depthīŧ
Measure at the depth where youâll install your curtain. Minimum 3 15/16 inches depth is required for Ceiling Mounted.
*Please consider special structure like sash windows and handles or cranks, donât forget to measure them and make allowances.
2. Measure Widthīŧ
Measure the exact width you want your panels to cover.
*If you want the window can be shown completely when the curtain is fully open, please add extra 1/3 of the width.
3. Measure Heightīŧ
Measure and determine your desired drapery height.
Note: Ceiling mount curtains will have a small deduction automatically applied by the manufacturer to ensure proper fit.
SIDE MOUNT
1. Measure Depthīŧ
Check the extended window casing depth, if there are handles or cranks, don't forget to take them into account.
2. Measure Widthīŧ
Measure the exact width you want your panels to cover.
*If you want the window can be shown completely when the curtain is fully open, please add extra 1/3 of the width.
3. Measure Heightīŧ
Measure and determine your desired drapery height.
Note: Side wall mount curtains will have no deductions taken at the factory. They will be made according to your exact measurements.
