If you have any issues with your remote control, please follow the steps below.

15-Channel Remote (60210)

1. Please check the inside of the valance and  you will find the reset button on the motor. Hold the reset button until the motor jogs 3 times. (Page 24)
2. Hold it until the blind jogs 3 times and beeps 3 times. After this step, the blind is paired with the remote successfully. (Page 25)
3. Take off the back cover of the remote and you will find P2 button. Please remember the following steps need to be finished in a short time. Please press P2 and the blind will jog 1 time and beep 1 time. Press up button and the blind will jog 1 time and beep 1 time. Press P2 and the blind will jog 1 time and beep 4 times. (Page 21)
4. Move the blind up to the top position you want, hold the stop button until the blind jogs 1 time and beeps 5 times. Move the blind down to the bottom position you want, hold the stop button until the blind jogs 1 time and beeps 5 times. (Page 22)
