I love the panels, but connecting to Alexa was difficult to say the least. I had to call in a tech guy and paid him to get Alexa to work.

They look great. A little more sheer than I had imagined but still look super high-quality. I'm really impressed. They function perfectly with the remote. I haven't connected them to Alexa yet.
5 stars. As soon as I place the order, I received an email asking for additional information and I sent a photo with all the measurements for confirmation and they were able to produce the product. The product fit perfectly and was very easy to install and follow the installation guide
I love these blinds and I love how you can customize how many pieces you want I will be ordering more for my bedroom! Shipping was very quick! So much better than the old School slider blinds !!!! we got the blackout ones and they work great!!!
Great slick look very modern
I was in desperate need of getting something on my French doors to block out the sun when I have migraines. I had a few quotes from reputable places and they were SO expensive. These came and I am thrilled. It took me about an hour to install but something task rabbit could easily do as well and still way cheaper than blind companies!
The item shipped quickly, even though it came from China. Came in two boxes. It looks amazing. I put them up by myself, so it took me longer, I think three hours? That's only because the instructions are somewhat limited. Eventually, they made sense, but I did have to redo the panels since I didn't realize all the panels had to be put on in order while stacked to one side. Otherwise, they won't fan out correctly. I noticed the instructions noted that, but it didn't make sense till after. This is about an 8x8 sliding window, so it was a lot, lol. If my neighbor's were watching me on the ladder, I'm sure it was quite a show 🤣. The product is solid, it withstood my temper tantrums while putting things in place wrong. I got the dark grey color, though in my picture it looks lighter, but that's just because my lighting was so bright.
Item arrived earlier than expected and was well packaged to protect all contents. We were replacing our old vertical blinds with this item so we had no issues installing product as we were able to use existing mounting bracket holes. We really like the fabric slats and they do block out the sun light very well. The fabric appears to be of good quality so we are expecting them to last many years.

I ordered these to replace an old set when we replaced a patio door. They are simple to install and open and close easily. Be exact in the measurements and they will fit. A helper makes clipping the vertical blinds into the track go smoother. I'm very satisfied with these blinds.

These shades are great! We've had so many problems with budget blinds shades which are loud and have issues with the hubs. The Graywind shades are quiet and great with the hub to use with the app. My only issue is that it's lacking in provided instructions for adjustments and not easy to find support on their website. Install was easy and the prices are reasonable!

Ordered 2 remote control shades. Very easy to install and they look great. Customer service contacted me immediately to ask if I mistakenly ordered 2 wifi hubs when I only needed one and credited me for the extra hub that I did not need. Shades look great, price is excellent and will definitely buy from them again for other rooms.

I love how this company is so precise with measurements and customization of this product. The color matched what I chose. It does not block light completely, if that’s what you’re looking for. It was easy to assemble.
Pros: Love the blinds. Install was straightforward. Sizing was good. Remote works as it should. Home Assistant support.
Durability- time will tell, hopefully parts will be available if and when the time comes.
Cons: I tried to use the app scheduler to open and close the blinds but upon closing, it will not automatically rotate the blades close which kinda defeats the purpose. There was no option to rotate blades close using the scheduler, at least not that I could figure out to the point I gave up on trying to make it work. This was not a big deal since I got around this issue using Alexa app instead. I scheduled it on Alexa app to close then "rotate blinds" to 0% or 100% about 20 secs later.
Overall I'm happy with the product. I will buy again if the need arise and would recommend. 5 star if the native app would rotate the blinds close automatically, until then 4 stars.
