Great snap in fit.

Love my new panel blinds. Directions are not good at all. It was a bit difficult clipping in the brackets to the railing had to use a rubber mallet. Very good quality. Happy with my purchase. It came packed perfectly.

This team was so helpful and supportive as I took on the task of ordering and understanding how to install my Arch window blind. I would work with them any time and support you doing the same!!

We purchased 5 blackout shades which came ready to install. Incredibly packaged, easy to install, no assembly needed. The two controllers came preprogrammed and are easy to use and adjust. Extremely delighted with this purchase.

Ordered these and some right trapezoid blinds. We are thrilled with them, the support we got from Graywind regarding measuring correctly was second to none. Fitting was easy and getting them all to be operated by the remote and alexa was a breeze using the instructions supplied.
We had approached 4 other companies before approaching Graywind directly, they worked with us to make 4 blinds to fit our windows. Now we have 2 rooms with full blackout and could not be happier.

We ordered for 3 large sliding doors and 3 additional windows and all turned out great! Very easy to install and look fantastic! Material is well made and we are very satisfied!

Good day, the blind largely meets my expectations. Contact with the order hotline regarding the discrepancies in dimensions was excellent. The technical hotline, which I contacted because the bottom rail didn't align with the position of the cord bracket on the upper bracket, was easily reachable and tried to understand the problem and offer some suggestions for a solution. However, these were unsuccessful. In my opinion, only the delivery of a correctly fitting bottom rail could solve the problem. I have now modified the drill holes on the upper bracket myself in order to be able to use the blind at all in a timely manner. This discrepancy is now leading me to consider purchasing the blinds for the other eight windows of my house from a different supplier, as I fear encountering the same problem with the other blinds.

Great product with great services

We absolutely love our blind! It has some slight areas of light coming through where the blind meets the trim, but we fully expected a little of this being that we ordered on line and installed ourselves. We think we can adjust it a little but haven't done that yet bc it's so great without! We are 100% happy!!

Very beautiful very simple to operate

Good selection of purchase options for fabric choices, densities and sizing. Easy measuring and order guide. Will be referred to many times.

So far 105 inch blind with matter motor has been excellent. Motor is quiet works with alexa great. Routines for privacy in the early morning are awesome.

I have ordered from Graywind several times now, and can't say enough about how helpful and accommodating they've been. Their blinds always arrive on time and include a complete hardware package. Customer service is quick to respond whenever I have questions. I will continue using Graywind for the rest of my window coverings as I complete this new home.

I have some very large windows and the sun comes through and it’s like looking right at it so I needed shades asap. Graywind has a great and quick solution I will say I’m not a fan of the gap at the top about 1/2” or so and I was skeptical ordering because it’s coming from outside the US. Highly recommend getting the solar panel charger and you only need one remote for all your shades.

The blinds and track themselves are of good quality and were well packaged and delivered on time.

The installation instructions, however, were worse than useless, they were confusing. Since I've installed many different blinds, I threw away their instructions and just put the blinds up the same way the previous ones were installed. No problems and they look and function as intended. I'd suggest that Graywind review how Ikea's pictoral instructions are designed.

Samples arrived quickly and were very helpful in deciding what to order.

I think it's my best investment and worth the price. It looks great and add beauty to my house.

We were able to add to our Apple HomeKit easily, and they were exactly the correct size. I will definitely be ordering more!

I love the samples have chosen a color and style just hesitant about measuring and installing. Do you have salesman or technicians that can personally help with measurement and installation

We purchased two panel blinds in a natural linen tone, and they came with silver rods. Other wise, the blinds look and work great!
