I am beyond thrilled with these blinds I ordered custom from Graywind. I have ordered cheap zebra blinds in the past, and these just blow them out of the water. First, my window is absolutely massive. Most companies don't make them this wide. They do, and it fits PERFECTLY. the material of the blind is completely lightproof, and is already saving me money on my electric bill. They contacted me after I placed my order, to confirm all of the details too. Hanging the blind was easy peasy. We absolutely LOVE it. I'm so happy with this company and will only buy their blinds from here on out.
The shade was packaged securely and arrived undamaged. It was easy to install and looks very nice. I did not get the motor; I preferred manual operation. The pullchain and gear are plastic, so I don't expect them to last as long as metal ones. Also, the shade pulls up a little unevenly. However, overall, I think these are a good value for the price.

Cannot get connected to the bluetooth motor control, so the shade does not go up and down. Not sure how to fix.
Look high end for the fraction of the price. We were nervous at first to do our own measuring and installing in our brand new home so we tested it in one bedroom and loved the results so we have been slowly adding them to most of the rooms. I think we are at 13-14 sets of these blinds now. I highly recommend them for price and ease of up/down without blocking light when you want it AND no dusting like the old wooden blinds! We have total black out in bedrooms and then 5% in living spaces and both are great options!
I received the Rechargeable Motorized Arch Window Shade on-time and the product arrived in perfect condition. I also paid for the installation... That did not go well at all. The installation team (FixTman) failed me miserably. The did not show and when I enquire the reason they told me that they installers could not install it do to height limitations. Well, I did the installation myself and turned out perfect. The Graywind team refunded the installation fee promptly. Bottom line... Great blind, terrible installation team.
The app did not offer top up/down for TDBU Cellular Shades. I was charged for replacement of a faulty shade, which I needed urgently.
We love our shades. They came in with the proper measurements and fit very well

The blinds were easy to I stall, work smoothly and look great.
i had a handyman come and install it for me. The shade is beautiful and did what i needed. we have a huge tub right in front of the window and it was a hazzard to reach it. The motorized shade gave us a chance to open and close it with no trouble. The manual that comes with it and the video on the website helped understand how to install it. My only complain is about the solar panel cord - it's too short (it should be at least 5 inches longer).
We bought the extension cord sold on the website but it ends up that it is to charge the motor from an outlet and not to extend the solar panel cord. We chose the type mounted on the outside of the window . This extension cord should have a female end similar to the iphone 17 on both sides.
The window is working as expected , it goes up and down and the remote works perfectly.
The remote blinds are beautiful! Easy installation and smooth rollers! We were very skeptical ordering them online but paid a fraction of the price quoted from local retailers! Wish they came in a with of 105 for our patio door! We will be ordering for our bedroom soon!

These are my first vertical panel blinds, they're so much more pleasant than the old 90's style plastic variety. They're surprisingly intuitive for anyone who hasn't used these types of shades before.
Easy 1-person install, but better with two. It helped to use a level for the brackets since my shades were 98" long.
The only thing I'd change are the included drywall anchors. I swapped them out for a different style.
Our new blinds are beautiful! Having automated blinds has been the best addition to our home. Just as advertised and great quality. Also customer service was super helpful when needed. Will purchase more in the future :)
It works, however it’s not ideal. The middle of the curtain sags under its own weight, this creates lots of friction and noise when shade is closing. Also, I expected better finish from the aluminium guide rails - those are just 3 pieces for alluminum profile with no way to connect to another piece. Instructions are not clear and are actually from different model of shades.
I have these motorized blinds installed. They are not working. Not getting a lot of help from the company.
The product is great! And came as specified. Along it did take a while to come.

Recently ordered a Motorized Vertical blind , all sizes a custom made to order yet fast shipping . Perfect fit and was very easy to install. Using a remote is so much better than manually getting up and moving the blinds with the pull cords. Customer service has been great to deal with. and most shipping has only taken three days to arrive

The samples were delivered in an elegant pouch. They charge for the samples but claim to refund that $ if you order from them. That seems reaonable.
