After getting dual roller shades for my bedroom with both a light filtering layer and a blackout layer, I cam back to order for my office. Those fit so well I ordered three more for my patio. What else can I say?

I ordered all of them with zigbee motor so Amazon Echos can control them. That works perfect. Still trying to figure out the zigbee codes to work with Universal Devices eisy home controller

Perfect fit and function and asthetics

Purchased (3) blinds. We love the look and feel of the sheer material. Many of the others have a "plastic" feel. The Zigbee motors are working perfectly with Home Assistant.

There was a problem with the order but customer service was responsive and corrected the issue promptly. Plan to order more as the budget allows.

These shades with RF motor are AWESOME!

Wow. These shades are awesome and their customer service is fantastic. I ordered one shade to try and then wanted to change that one shade to light blocking. No problem - just a minor cost ($80) and they also sent a link to a video on how to change the motor to the new shade. I then ordered 5 more shades - 3 light filtering and 1 more blackout . All work great and are so good for our rooms. The installation brackets are well made and made installation for wide windows easy. All this and the cost is about 1/4 of what a budget custom store could provide. Very happy customer.

Graywind Motorized Dual Roller Shades

We love our motorized dual roller shades! Good quality material and a nice clean sophisticated look at a reasonable price. We bought a set of 4 customized sets of dual shades with fabric shades in the front and solar shades to filter out the sun during the day (in the back against the windows). We programmed the roller shades to go up and down at the same time which makes it so easy to use. Graywind is an excellent company and so easy to work with. Any questions were promptly answered by email and they offered helpful advise and clarity on the programming. They offered a phone call if we needed additional assistance, but the emails were helpful enough. I highly recommend their product and service.

Project finally completed

Ordered a center split vertical sheer blind with right hand cord and chain. They sent me an email summary for review. It was all wrong. We made the corrections to the order and approved. Order arrived several weeks later. It was wrong. Right hand stack. Notified customer service. They placed the replacement order. Several weeks passed by. I emailed for an update. The factory lost my order and it needed to be remade. The correct replacement arrived a couple weeks later. When I tried to install the blinds, I couldn't complete the install because the clips were for a right hand stack, not a center split. Contacted customer service and finally got the parts to complete the project. The sheer is not a single piece of fabric, but still looks good.

I did a lot of research on every company that offers motorized panel track blinds. I choose Graywind. I am very happy I did. I am extremely happy with the blinds. The motor is so quiet. Friends and family are in awe.
