I LOVE my blinds! The communication , help, suggestions, etc with Zoe and Sherry was outstanding!!! Ended up placing another order for more blinds, and requested Zoe and Sherry, for help with that also.. Haven't had my blinds very long, but love them! I got the smart blinds. ZOE and Sherry, in customer service are an asset to the company and should be rewarded!

Shade does not come programmed for proper length and programming top/bottom limits is terrible.

We are having issue setting the top and bottom limit as we are not able to set both at the same time.Scenario-1 ) Set bottom limit requires shade at top most limit which locks the bottom rod and does not release it when press down key which unfolds just the fabric leaving rod in Bracket
Scenario-2) Set Top limit requires shade in bottom most position which is extra length and leaves fabric curled up.
Also bottom position does not align in blackout mode leaving light coming in.
I tried using both the methods to set top/bottom limits like one uses remote buttons and the other uses program buttons where program buttons steps do not work in 3rd step.

Replaced cordless blinds for bedroom because ironically the cord broke (internal one). Have always wanted the motorized versions and am glad I took the plunge on these!! They look great and even my dog thinks she's able to control the blinds telepathically!!

Initial order was probably the most complex/complicated given I had to measure out the window to exact sizing (inside mount). But from the initial order through install, the Graywind team was great in communication of final confirmation of order, shipping status, additional details/instructions for connectivity to Alexa (I failed on reading the fine details, ie echo show 5/8 2nd gen are not compatible with ZF motor). I’ll likely purchase a separate product that has a hub built in, but working on the other window treatments elsewhere first!

Really loving the product itself and ease of use with the remote control!

A few things to highlight that would make me buy again from Graywind:
1) As mentioned, communication with team was prompt, courteous and super helpful. Had some slight blemishes on the valence (which could have been from me carelessly unpacking) and the team offered me a price adjustment to ensure 100% satisfaction.
2) During final confirmation, the team was very clear that the inside mount would result in a slight gap on the sides due to necessary clearance for hardware/motor. Really avoided the “oh shoot” moment if that was of high importance.
3) 1 of 2 packages got stuck in customs, but team assured me all items ordered were on its way and if not, they’d rectify immediately!
4) The remote was pre-programmed so really was a quick install and push of the button to get these up and running (refer to video!!)
